Microwave Chocolate Cake (Vegan)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tsp coco powder
1 cup white sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
1 Tsp white vinegar
5 Tsp sunflower/canola oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
In a large microwave cake dish:
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly (flour, coco, baking powder, salt, sugar).
Make 3 holes in the mix and in each hole pour the vinegar, oil, and vanilla
Pour the water over the entire mixture and mix well, making sire no pockets of dry ingredients remain.
Microwave on high (100%) for 7min, allow to cool for a few minutes before icing while warm.
For best results place cake disk on top of half an egg carton when cooking.
